What do you like most about your work at COSMO CONSULT?
The relationship with my colleagues: everyone is willing to learn, help and talk. The relationship with customers and peers, as they belong to different sectors and therefore know business, visions and forms of organization completely different.

Please describe your job:
I am responsible for the services (monitoring of projects, planning and monitoring of resources) and the development and evolution of CRM in Spain.  

This covers on the one hand the presales and planning service offerings and on the other hand the CRM Technical Management (roadmap and news; add-ons; relationship with Microsoft and other providers; methodology and training).

What are your hobbies/interests?
Skiing, walking, listening to music and making plans with my family and friends
